Nine Elms is the largest regeneration project in Europe, transforming 3km of London's riverside into an ultra-desirable residential quarter, international business district, and outstanding cultural and leisure destination.
The two towers of Nine Elms, designed by award-winning international architects, KPF, rise to 58 floors (City Tower) and 43 floors (River Tower) with 487 new homes. At the base of the towers, an 187-room luxury5-star brand hotel, the first of its kind in Europe, opens onto a new piazza. The completed development is expected to generate more than 499 new jobs in total, plus another 370 during construction.
