Prevention of Sexual Harassment Workshop 2025

Intec believes in providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace for all its employees. As a part of our commitment to the same, we organized a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Awareness Workshop in our premises.

The workshop was focused towards raising awareness about employee rights and the procedures in place to prevent, report, and address sexual harassment at the workplace.

This interactive and thought-provoking session was led by Mr. Virender K. Jha (Founder & Convener) and Ms. Shruti Iyer from AIDER (NGO).
