Position Summary:
  • BIM Modeler - Structure, as a part of multi-disciplinary projects teams, is responsible to provide modeling support to technically challenging projects.
  • Technician would create 3D models, extract 2D drawings/quantities and shall be responsible for the technical quality of his own work and would focus on compliance with project objectives and quality standards.
  • Will be working on Residential and Commercial Cast-in-Situ and Precast Structure projects.
  • Take responsibility for deliverables of the project along with the team leader & adhere to stringent Quality standards of the company.
  • Study Structural and Architectural drawings and prepare RFIs.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects & Guide a team of Junior modelers.
  • Prepare TEKLA model based on inputs provided by structural engineer.
  • Highlight any discrepancy in input drawings/input sketches effectively.
